Specific programs established in the legislature and by the business community that are geared to encourage less vehicular traffic to and from locations of work will gain in use if strongly supported by the employees.  Individuals that approach employers requesting such programs can help bring about change.  Less vehicles on the road -- and less vehicles at peak hours -- will ease congestion.  Eased congestion will not only calm traffic but will help our economy.  Currently we are losing businesses that are locating or relocating in regions with less traffic congestion.
